BETTS & ASSOCIATES  Pricing:

  • The basic pricing structure starts with our hourly rate of $75.00 per hour.
  • Expenses are charged as incurred.
  • A retainer is always charged before any work is started.

All investigations are handled on a per case basis and the initial consultation is free of charge.  

Process Service Pricing:
  • The basic price for Process Service is $55.00 for in county service.
  • Rush service, out of county service and mileage is charged extra.
  • For Process Service on subjects that need to be located before service can be accomplished extra fees will be charged.  These fees will be agreed upon before service is attempted.

Bail Bond Service:

  • Bail Bonds can be written anywhere in the State of Oklahoma under special arrangements.
  • Bail Bonds can be written for the Courts in Oklahoma County District Court and Oklahoma City Municipal Court at any time.
  • The standard fee for posting bonds is 10%.
  • A-1 specializes in writing Bail Bonds for Attorneys and Clients that need help with unusual needs.
